On hard refresh, XDN DevTools is non-functional due to THE SERVICE WORKER IS NOT RESPONDING.
This issue is reproducible following https://developer.moovweb.com/guides/next on mac in chrome incognito.
This issue can be worked around by simply refreshing (non hard) after the hard refresh.
